Summary:
The idea to start Concept Financial Services arose when internal restructuring projects directed Andreas Dehmel and Gregory Hersey to investigate new challenges. After reaching out to existing business partners in the Denver area, the idea materialized, and the steps were taken to form Concept Financial Services. Upon performing a due diligence, the LLC was formed in early 2018 and became operational later that year.
